Our Multimodal Transportation Section has access to one of the leading Aviation Industry consultants with whom we assist clients in preparing a business plan and models for the establishment of an Airline in Nigeria, including the procurement of necessary licenses and permits, ATL, ATOL, AMO etc.

We advise clients on the Preparation of aircraft sale/purchase finance and leasing and other forms of Aircraft Acquisition agreements. We also advice on perfection of Legal Mortgages or other forms of securitizing an aircraft finance arrangement as well as assist Aircraft Lessors secure the repatriation of their Aircraft if same becomes necessary.

We also provide litigation or other modes of Dispute resolution services including but not limited to leasing or Aircraft Purchase disputes to Air Transport related claims such as carrier’s liability and passenger rights amongst others.
