Our Receivership and insolvency team provide services ranging from Management as a going concern for corporate survival and turnaround, through to (where necessary) insolvency or winding up.

In this capacity we have represented financial institutions, financial investors/Shareholders, other Creditors and debenture holders, Corporate debtors, as well as Private and public buyers of distressed and toxic banking assets.

We have also provided receivership services to financial institutions where it appears to be the most pragmatic option to realizing their objective.
