Solid Mineral (Mining)

The Solid Mineral Sector is a work in progress as it goes through its evolution in Nigeria. We have been working closely with the Federal Government and the Parliament in expanding and liberalizing the Market resulting in the various developments and architecture of the industry.

We are therefore able to provide advice to solid Mineral Mining and Processing companies in Nigeria and to foreign companies wishing to participate in the Sector in Nigeria. 

We advise on startups or joint ventures, acquisition of mining license, exploration agreements, mining leases, refining agreements, community development agreements and all necessary regulatory permits and approvals.
