We have also offered our clients quality legal advice on Sale and Mortgage of Vessels, carriage contracts, charter-party disputes, personal injury and general cargo claims, claims arising out of Collision at Sea, Insurance Claims, agency disputes, Arrest and release of ships.

We have also acted on behalf of clients in the negotiation and documentation of contracts for carriage of goods by sea, voyage and bareboat charter parties, sale, purchase and charter of ships. Marine insurance, salvage and collision, trade finance and documentary credits. 

The firm has acted as counsel for contracting party negotiating with international financiers in the financing of the construction and acquisition of Sea going Military vessels and have also advised on status of a ship building and repair yard in Nigeria.
